Getting the government to think and be more digital is not something you do overnight. Several Craftzing experts have been guiding the government of Flanders for more than 10 years now. Among others, we work for Digitaal Vlaanderen, the agency within the government of Flanders that steers its digital transformation.
Creating new services and innovative projects
For Digitaal Vlaanderen, Craftzing both creates and collaborates on new services or innovative projects. We always work in mixed teams where our experts go all-in to get the best result. One example of that is the large-scale project Mijn Burgerprofiel, a digital solution that centralizes all Flemish and local government services for citizens in one app. Another is the project Webplatform, which aims to bring the many websites and applications of the government of Flanders together in one convenient and user-friendly environment.

Full-service strategic partner
For the government of Flanders, we take a full-service approach: we draw up strategies and business cases, then shape the products in a UX and UI design and take care of front-end and mobile development. Throughout this process as well as afterwards, we continue to act as a strategic sounding board. We always work together with the client in mixed teams, keeping lines of communication short, which is essential to achieve good results.
